This week I learned of a "restructuring" plan at work.
The good news is that we are slowing down our growth. Hopefully this will mean that we approach problems with a more refined sense of "sanity", instead of getting chewed up on our way to expansion.
The bad news is that with the slowing of the growth, there is a slowing of the opportunities for advancement. Everyone seems to feel "stuck" in their positions.
