One of the things I like about my friend Scott is that he exemplifies the phrase "Fake It 'Til You Make It".
He has no problem basically pretending that he is business genius or CEO. He is not a "know-it-all", he simply knows what he wants to become.
In encountering such people previously in my adulthood, I usually just call them a "Poser" and roll my eyes. Now I am starting to think that they are onto something. Perhaps the pretending actually prepares you for the situation you desire to actually come to fruition.
