In order to keep my mental demons at bay, I constantly have to have something to look forward to. Usually it is an event in the near or far future. Currently I am super excited about the next Body&Soul event.
Last time around I was sick as a dog, but that unfortunate state of affairs will NOT be repeated. Plus, Memorial Day will be free of work obligations so there is no need to worry about aches and pains the following day.
